If your home closed on or before December 7, 2015, Lennar will manage the one- and two-year limited warranty on your home on behalf of Orleans Homes, with that warranty management ending on or before December 7, 2017. To clarify, Lennar did not assume, and is neither directly nor indirectly responsible for, any liability regarding the construction and/or sale of your home constructed by Orleans Homes. As was always the commitment before this transaction, such liability and post-closing obligations regarding the construction and/or sale of your home continues to remain solely with your original builder.
In the event that emergency service is required during your one-year warranty period (failure of your heating system during very cold weather, a serious plumbing leak, or no electric or water throughout your home), please refer to the sticker with emergency trade information located either inside your electrical panel or kitchen cabinet.
